    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using BAM! Reviews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

    2. Description of Service

    BAM! Reviews provides software tools that help local businesses automate the process of requesting customer reviews via SMS and email. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, or improvements in search engine rankings.

    3. User Obligations & Compliance

    • You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers before providing their contact information to BAM! Reviews for the purpose of sending SMS or email messages.
    • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
    • You will not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that is illegal, offensive, or deceptive.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

    4. Fees and Payment

    The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

    5. Google Guidelines Compliance

    You agree to use our Service in compliance with Google's review policies. You may not offer incentives (discounts, free items, etc.) in exchange for reviews, nor may you engage in "review gating" (selectively soliciting positive reviews while suppressing negative ones).

    6. Limitation of Liability

    BAM! Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
